Administrative arrangements and facilities for RDCS Concert - 16th May 2026

St Judes Church, 405 Woodborough Road, Mapperley  NG3 5HE

Parking

Please car share where possible

There are 25 spaces in the car park at the front of the church + 3 disabled spaces

You can also park on the side road – Lucknow Drive, which is to the right of the church

Rooms available

Large hall – serving hatch from kitchen for serving refreshments in the interval

Small room at back of church for leaving personal belongings

(coats, bags etc – LEFT AT OWNERS RISK)

Toilets

Plenty of toilets situated in corridor between church and kitchen

Break between rehearsal and concert

If you are bringing a packed tea, you can eat it in the large hall where tables and chairs will be set out.

If you are going with Karen to the café for a meal, you will have received details about it.

There is a small supermarket opposite the church for snacks

Health and Safety

First Aid box in kitchen

There are three fire exits – Paul to advise on the day

The floor between the choir stalls is uneven – please be careful
